Dear Friend of Red Cross:

We are asking for your participation in our Eighth Annual Golf Tournament on April 14, 2011, taking place at Cedarbrook Country Club in Elkin, North Carolina.  Registration will begin at 7:00 am and T-Off time at 8:00 am.  Breakfast will be provided.  Drinks and snacks will be provided throughout the game.

The purpose of this event is to raise funds to benefit families and individuals of Surry County who have been affected by a house fire, weather related or man made disaster, assist Military families in emergencies, provide life-saving blood to our area hospitals, and teach people how to prevent, prepare for and to respond to emergencies.  Your support will to make this possible.

For your sponsorship of $500.00 there will be an attractive sign with your company name placed on a hole on the course and a team of 4 can play to represent your company.  We will need the names and handicaps of your team players by April 1st..  Please have your team wear something bearing your company name for advertisement benefit.  Teams will be divided in 4 flights, Captain’s Choice.   Mulligans will be available for $5.00 each.

You may sponsor a hole only for $100.00.

All sponsors and winning teams will be recognized in our local newspapers and the Red Cross newsletter.

We promise you will feel good knowing you are helping to save lives and assist families in need while at the same time having a fun filled morning on a beautiful course.  Enclosed you will find a sponsorship form to help make the process easier for you as a business owner.
